Current ASIC company Extract.
ASIC must be notified of any changes within 28 days to avoid late fees.
All ASIC forms and applicable supporting documents will be sent to the director or secretary of the company(s) for review and signature prior to lodgement.
In accordance with ASIC's Electronic Lodgement Protocol, we are not able to proceed with ASIC lodgements without the prior signature of the ASIC forms. All ASIC Forms are lodged on the same day they are returned signed.
Are you a current client of Qorporate Services? Address changes are included in your Annual Review Package. If you require address changes, please notify us immediately so we can prepare the changes for you. We will also update your business name and ABN details, if applicable.
