COMPANY REINSTATEMENT

Services provided:​

  • Check and ensure the company name is still available;

  • Provide you a calculated estimate of the cost to ASIC to reinstate the company;

  • Preparation and lodgement of Form 581 and supporting documents;

  • Appointment of Qorporate Services as the ASIC Agent;

  • Preparation and lodgement of the 484 Form to update the Registered Office address to Qorporate Services address to receive all correspondence form ASIC;

  • Preparation and lodgement of statutory Forms with ASIC to update any details required for the company, officeholder or members. For example, address updates.

  • Provide you with a current ASIC Company Extract.

Additional costs:

Annual ASIC Registered Agent Services: $385.00 per annum, incl GST, excluding ASIC Fee. This fee is not applicable until the anniversary of your company registration. This fee is charged when the Annual Review for your company has been completed each year. Please see our Annual Company Compliance service for more information.
