Annual Package-Services provided:

  • You remain as the Registered ASIC Agent for your clients;

  • Keep your current compliance software subscription and provide us access so you will continue to have full control of all functions. Alternatively we can setup a software for you;

  • Your office address remains listed as the registered office address for the company(ies). We receive correspondence from ASIC relating to the company(ies) electronically. Any mail received via post, your office can email a scanned copy to us;

  • Unlimited officeholder changes;

  • Unlimited share structure changes;

  • Unlimited address changes including registered office, business address, officeholder and member addresses;

  • Maintenance of electronic corporate register(s) in strict compliance with the Corporations Act 2001 and good corporate governance from date of appointment;

  • Guidance on governance and compliance matters;

  • Perform company Health Check(s);

  • Preparation of correction forms if errors are identified in the corporate file:

  • Preparation of the company(ies) ASIC Annual Company Statement(s) and Directors Solvency Resolution(s). We will send the package(s) to you along with the ASIC invoice(s) for payment or we can send directly to the clients' upon your request;

  • Reminders for documents and outstanding debt with ASIC;

  • Follow up director ID numbers and help directors with the process;

  • Provide company extracts, members registers, officeholder registers and debt reports for the company(ies);

  • ASIC Fee Waiver requests (if eligibility requirements are met);

  • Preparation and lodgment of Form 362 to appoint your firm as agent for new clients;

  • Preparation and lodgement of Form 361/362 to cease your role as agent for exiting clients and prepare change of registered office address documents. Archive the company in your compliance software;

  • Company Deregistrations;

  • Business name registrations, update details, onforward renewal notices, cancellations and transfers;

  • Trust registry management including changes.

Pricing

Annual Package $275 (GST incl) per company, per annum, software subscription fees are not included. 

Additional fees apply for lodgement of statutory forms with ASIC for all other services. You receive a 50% discount on any additional ASIC lodgements requested that are not listed in the above annual package. As an outsourcing client, you receive a $100 discount on company registrations and trust establishments.

To increase efficiency for your firm, we can communicate and send all correspondence directly to your clients, this will only be done upon your request.​

Our fee excludes the ASIC fees. ASIC invoices are provided for the client to make payment.
