Services provided: • You remain as the ASIC Registered Agent for the company(s) • Your address is remains as the company(ies) registered office address. We receive all correspondence from ASIC relating to the company(ies) electronically; • Maintenance of electronic corporate register(s) in strict compliance with the Corporations Act 2001 and good corporate governance from date of appointment; • Guidance on governance and compliance matters; • Perform company Health Check(s); • Preparation of the company(s) ASIC Annual Company Statement and directors solvency resolution. We will send the package to you in advance of the review date along with ASIC invoice for payment; • Prepare reminders and send to you to onforward to the company(s) director(s)/secretaries for fees due; • Unlimited address changes. Including business address, officeholder and member addresses; • Provide you with an ASIC extract and debt reports for the company(s) at any time for no cost; and • If the client(s) have business names registered, we will manage them free of charge, including updating the details and providing reminders for renewals. ASIC Renewal Fees still apply. We will prepare reminders and send to you to onforward to the client(s) for renewal fees due.
Our fee excludes the ASIC Annual Review fees. We will onforward the ASIC invoices to you for payment in the ASIC Annual Review Package.
As an outsourcing client, you receive a 50% discount on officeholder and share structure changes. Additional fees apply for lodgement of statutory forms with ASIC for all other company changes.
To reduce your workload and free up time, Qorporate Services can communicate and send all correspondence directly to your clients for ASIC services, this will only be done upon your request.
