Share Structure Changes   

Services provided:

• Preparation of minutes;

• Preparation of director resolutions; 

• Preparation of register of members, and share journal;

• Preparation and lodgement of statutory forms with ASIC & preparation of all supporting documents;

• Share Certificate(s (if applicable);

• Current ASIC company Extract.

 

ASIC must be notified of any changes within 28 days to avoid late fees.​​

All ASIC forms and applicable supporting documents will be sent to the director or secretary of the company(ies) for review and signature prior to lodgement.

​

In accordance with ASIC's Electronic Lodgement Protocol, we are not able to proceed with ASIC lodgements without the prior signature of the ASIC forms. All ASIC Forms are lodged on the same day they are returned signed.
