Discretionary or Unit Trust Setup

Services provided:

• Setup the Trust;

• Preparation of Trust Deed;

• ABN, TFN and GST registrations, if applicable (free);

• An electronic copy of the Trust Deed;

 

Additional costs:

• If requested, a hard copy of the Trust Deed in a binder posted to you $150.00 per copy:

• Deed Stamping, charges vary per state.

We will have your trust setup within one hour of receiving the order form. If we require further details we will contact you. We will send you the invoice for payment for the trust establishment and payment must be made before we can proceed with the setup.

• Unitholder Minutes of meeting;

• Unit Certificate(s);

• Trustee Resolution;

• Register of unitholder(s).
