Ultimate Holding Company Changes

​​New ultimate holding company;

Cessation of an existing ultimate holding company;

Change of name of an ultimate holding company.

Services provided:​

• Preparation of directors meeting Minutes or Resolution;

• Preparation and lodgement of change of company details Form 484;

• Updated company extract.

ASIC must be notified of any changes within 28 days to avoid late fees.

If lodged after the 28 day timeframe, the following late fees from ASIC will apply:

• up to one month late—$93 

•  over one month late—$387 

• additional cost for each year late- $387 per year

​

All ASIC forms and applicable supporting documents will be sent to the director or secretary of the company(s) for review and signature prior to lodgement.

In accordance with ASIC's Electronic Lodgement Protocol, we are not able to proceed with ASIC lodgements without the prior signature of the ASIC forms. All ASIC Forms are lodged on the same day they are returned signed.
